Ever wonder what a laser cutter can do? At the Delran Fab Lab Academy, 44 students had just that opportunity this summer. Students from as far away as Rhode Island attended a four day session designed to teach students computer aid design along with fabrication on the tools in the lab.
The camp's safety protocols and certified teaching staff made the program a safe and highly engaging option for students who were excited to be back in a working space like this one.
Delran High School Fab Lab Manager, Shaun DeLoche, worked with students in grades 7 through 12 to provide this new experience.
Not only did students learn the art of computer aid design and fabrication, they also had the opportunity to complete a profile in the Tallo platform.
